Your Tasks

Are you ready for new challenges in case management? We are now looking for someone who wants to develop in a varied role with our clients around Stockholm. As a case officer, the tasks may vary depending on the assignment, but common tasks include independent work based on guidelines and practices, preparation of decision-making materials, planning and follow-up of cases, as well as investigation, review, and handling. The role may also involve analyzing and evaluating tasks and projects, reporting investigation results, and participating in investigative and coordinating work.

The scope and working hours vary depending on the assignment, and we welcome your application whether you are looking for a full-time position or want to work part-time. Availability at short notice is an advantage.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a completed high school or university education, or other relevant education in the relevant field. You have at least six months of work experience from a similar role and good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent programs.

To thrive in the role, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since communication sometimes occurs in English, we also expect you to be comfortable conversing and writing in English when needed.

We value a positive attitude and a good ability to create and maintain professional relationships. You are structured and have an easy time managing multiple tasks simultaneously, analyzing connections, and drawing independent conclusions.
